This year, Sobha Sold close to 800 units with a total area of 614902 feet square. Sobha Creek Vista is at the top as the most preferred. Sobha have been experiencing increasing sales with the latest being 165 percent compared to a similar period in 2018.
Since it was launched six years ago, this project has had a lot of attention from interested buyers locally and internationally looking to own a piece of Dubai. Among interested buyers, 34.5 percent come from China, 8 percent from India and 7.6 percent are from Saudi Arabia.
