While the NBA training camp is set to begin in less than two months, Kyrie Irving is already making his presence felt in the Nets. An article by Brian Lewis of the New York Post writes that Irving led his teammates to workouts in Los Angeles over the past few weeks.
Theo Pinson acknowledged Irving leadership, saying that they wanted to get along with him and work together.
Brooklyn Nets changed its roster during the offseason, bringing new players and trading others. The team roster change necessitates that players get used to each other before the beginning of training camp. It’s a good sign that Irving is already leading the way for the organization.
