After close to two months on the market and very little interest from buyers, someone finally bought the Adelaide Clubrooms belonging to a bikie gang. A Staff member allied to Magain Real estate has confirmed that the Clubrooms located along 2 Albert S, Clarence Gardens have been sold for $535000 to a local investor who is planning to start a new kind of business in the 800 meters square plot.
The club has not had interest from buyers for a while now and failed to go off the market at the last auction, even after two bidders attended the auction. Despite numerous interest from potential buyers in the days leading to the auction, including individuals and developers, the Clubrooms failed to attract a serious buyer under the auctioneer’s hammer after a single $500000 bid.
It went back to the market and the asking price was between $525000 and $575000. The Adelaide clubrooms, previous home to a bikie gang has a fortified fence at the front. The inside speaks of many gatherings over the years. There is a central bar area, lounge and pool table. Within the property, there is a workshop and a gym as well.
Although media was not allowed to cover the auction, there are photos online that indicate this property has finally been de-biked although there are few previous owner nodes still left.
